Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.

Order Issues and Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or if there is a manufacturing error, we are here to help! Please follow the steps below to request a replacement or a refund:

  1. Contact Us Within 30 Days:

    • If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us at bathbayakha@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests made after this 30-day window.
  2. Provide a Photo of the Issue:

    • To help us quickly address your concern, please include a clear photo of the damaged area or manufacturing error along with the print of the item in your initial message. This helps us to understand the issue better and expedites the resolution process.
  3. Replacement or Refund:

    • Once we have reviewed the details of your request, we will offer you either a free replacement of the same item or a full refund. The choice is yours! Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Bath Baykha experience.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Custom Orders: Since all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product and your order details. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.
